Where It All Began
At the age of 6, my culinary journey began. It was my father and my Aunts who first kindled the flame of my passion for cooking by patiently teaching me how to cook different Southern cuisine and by watching them create homemade dishes infused with love.
Throughout my childhood years, my parents enrolled me in various culinary schools, which deepened my love and developed a passion for cooking. Witnessing the delight on people's faces when they savor my dishes fills my heart with joy.
In the year 2020, Dexter's Lounge came into being, a heartfelt tribute to my beloved parents and cherished Aunty, to set trends and provide delicious foods to connoisseurs.
My goal is to deliver fresh dishes crafted from preservative-free ingredients, all within a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
